The Penobscot Bay YMCA has been my “Happy Place” for many years.  Exercise and social connection make me feel good! Each time I leave the Y I feel like I’m a better person than when I came in.  No lie.  I am proud to be a small part of the Y Mission to serve our community in delivering programs centered on Youth Development, Healthy Living and Social Responsibility.
