LIVESTRONG at the YMCA

LIVESTRONG® at the YMCA is a free, 12-week program for adult cancer survivors, made possible by the generous support of our donors and the Maine Cancer Foundation. Trained YMCA wellness coaches support participants as they transition from treatment and rebuild physical and emotional strength.
The next session starts in the Fall of 2026.
