From the moment our family moved to Midcoast Maine, the Y has been a constant and meaningful part of our lives. We’ve welcomed countless Rockland sunrises while running on the Y treadmills, watched our children learn to swim in the pool, and made unforgettable memories at summer camp. As our kids grow, they’re now immersed in the Y’s recreation programs, while my wife and I continue to value the Y as a place that’s always there when we need a break, a boost of motivation, or simply a moment to recharge.
