CHECKLIST BEFORE REGISTRATION BEGINS:

Follow these steps to be prepared when registration opens!

  • CREATE AN ONLINE ACCOUNT — Even if you’re not signing up to be a member. You’ll need an account to use our online Summer Camp enrollment system.

        1. CLICK HERE

        2. Please type in your email address and phone number to search for an existing account. Your email and phone number must match what we have in our system. Please call 207.236.3375 to update if changes are required.

  • If you have an existing online account, make sure you know your password, and that all of your information is correct.
  • If neither your email nor phone number is found in our system, please stop by either branch to have your account set up.

        3. Be sure that all campers enrolling in Summer Camp are added to your online account. Call our front desk for assistance if needed.

        4. Make sure your payment information (credit card number or bank account information) is saved to your online account.

Check your account for outstanding balances :

Before registration opens, please log in to your online account and review it for accuracy. Be sure to check whether you have any outstanding balances. If you have an outstanding balance, you must address this prior to registering, as your account may be locked out of Summer Camp enrollment. Families may either pay off the balance online or contact Benjie Blake to set up an alternative arrangement or ask any questions regarding the balance.

  • ACTIVATE YOUR MEMBERSHIP — If you want to register for Summer Camp as a member (discounted rates and early registration) you will need to visit our Rockland or Rockport location to activate your camper’s membership by Monday, February 2.

**Note that if your child is not an active member when you register for summer camp, you will not receive the discounted rate, which cannot be applied later.

  • TEST IT OUT —  We have a “DEMO-SUMMER CAMP PRACTICE SITE” that is currently open so you can register now to be sure you have correctly covered all the steps and to become familiar with the process prior to the registration going live. (**The practice site does not register you for any actual camps and is intended to be for practice use only).

APPLY FOR FINANCIAL ASSISTANCE:

  • If you need help paying for camp, we are here for you! Financial Assistance is a top priority of the Y to fulfill our mission of promoting youth development, healthy living and social responsibility. We are proud to say that no child is turned away based on the ability to pay.  We want to ensure that families who need assistance are supported in the enrollment process, so please contact us for information.
