Join us as we celebrate all we’ve accomplished together this year and recognize our dedicated staff and volunteers through our Annual Awards. We will also welcome two new board members at this year's meeting. Light refreshments will be served.

Article V – Management by Volunteer Board of Directors

Section 5. Election of Directors

Directors shall be chosen when identified by a two-thirds vote of a quorum of the duly elected Board of Directors at a time and place fixed by the Board of Directors.

Section 6. Nominations

The board governance committee shall submit names of persons to be voted upon at the annual meeting at least fifteen days prior to said meeting, with the persons nominated posted in the principal office’s main lobby and on the Association website, along with the relevant portion of the bylaws permitting such posting and election…
