Turkey Trot 5K
Lace up your running shoes, grab your friends and family, and join us for the Penobscot Bay YMCA’s annual Turkey Trot 5K! Our community comes together for this festive fall run/walk to give thanks, enjoy the crisp air, and support our Y’s mission.

What to Expect:

• A 5K course through Rockport that's both scenic and family-friendly

• Free “Tot Trot” for children 5 & under- a fun, short run to get them involved (no charge!)

• An opportunity to celebrate community spirit, health, and giving back
