The Y supports healthy lifestyles by reaching out to and engaging all those who seek well-being of spirit, mind and body. Whether a beginner or veteran, we have the right yoga class for you. All programs are taught at the lower level of the Lily Pond House.
You will experience a variety of training services for those who are looking for on-going guidance and support or extra motivation and inspiration to achieve goals and get results. Our services range from Coached Workouts to Sports Specific Training. Also, for cost savings, we offer Buddy System and Small Group session.
