Lily Pond House


The Y supports healthy lifestyles by reaching out to and engaging all those who seek well-being of spirit, mind and body. Whether a beginner or veteran, we have the right yoga class for you. All programs are taught at the lower level of the Lily Pond House.  

You will experience a variety of training services for those who are looking for on-going guidance and support or extra motivation and inspiration to achieve goals and get results. Our services range from Coached Workouts to Sports Specific Training. Also, for cost savings, we offer Buddy System and Small Group session. Contact our Member Service Desk for more information or to set up your appointment.

Grades K-4
Monday-Friday: End of school day until 5:30 PM
Your child will have the chance to express their talents creatively and physically, while taking advantage of all the Y has to offer. Our after school program provides a caring environment to challenge children, while allowing youth to feel ownership of the program.

Ages: 1-12 (competent walker)
Complimentary with any Family or Single Parent Family membership. Children have the opportunity to interact with peers whileparents/guardians are utilizing the Y. Child Watch is designed to provide short durations of supervised care while parents are in the building.
